Do you love to skate on ice? Then we’ve got a cool tip for you.
If you plan on spending your holidays in Austria with us, you’ve got countless possibilities being active in nature. Skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and snowboarding are the guests’ favourites. But you can also go ice skating almost right on our doorstep. In fact, not far from your accommodation in Prutz, there’s a real paradise for curling fans and ice skaters. Visit the picturesque ice rink in Ried, glide elegantly over the glistening ice, practise elegant pirouettes, have a go at curling, and breathe in the fresh winter air. If being active makes you hungry, look no further. Right nearby the ice rink you’ll find a small snack bar with all kinds of quick meals and hot drinks.
Our tip: If you want to stay away from the crowds, how about an idyllic winter hike around peaceful Ried bathing lake? The bathing lake is not far from the ice rink and turns into a snowy winter wonderland every year!
