Tobogganing in the Tyrolean Oberland

Red-hot runners!

Speeding downhill through a snowstorm on two runners: Tobogganing has always been great fun for the whole family. It doesn’t matter if it’s in bright sunshine, at night on floodlit toboggan runs, or even adventurously equipped with a head torch. The Tyrolean Oberland is a true tobogganing mecca. Countless toboggan runs of all types and lengths challenge beginners and pros alike. Walk to the top of the runs on a pleasant winter hike through a picturesque winter wonderland, or simply jump on the lift.

But that’s not all: the Tyrolean Oberland is also home to Tyrol’s longest toboggan run. Starting out from a height of 2,200m above sea level, race for a whole 8km all the way down to the village of Nauders – and experience XXL tobogganing fun for the whole family. The best tracks for tobogganing in the Tyrolean Oberland can be found here – or ask at reception, where we’ll be happy to tell you in person!
