It relaxes the muscles and clears your mind. It also promotes blood circulation and strengthens the immune system. Would you prefer something milder? In that case, the bio sauna is the right choice for you. The bio sauna, heated to 60°C, is gentle on the circulation and ideal for slightly longer sessions. The temperatures are even lower in the steam sauna. There, you can do your skin and respiratory system a world of good at a comfortable 47°C and a humidity level of almost 100 percent.
