All these exceptional ski resorts are close to our hotel and are easily accessible by car or by the free ski bus, which stops directly in front of our door.
Prutz-Ried-Fendels ski area (10 min.)
This small but refined ski area is ideal for families, and has an extensive children's and beginner's area, where you can really let off steam even if you are not (yet) a pro. There are also exciting downhill runs and extensive pistes for those seeking more of a challenge. This ski area offers 16 km of pistes, and is just ten minutes from our Hotel Post in Prutz. The lifts also operate every Thursday from 7 pm to 10.30 pm: night skiing under a starry sky in the Prutz-Ried-Fendels ski area is a special attraction for skiers. Prutz-Ried-Fendels also has a Fun Park, offering thrills and spills for more daring winter lovers.
Tyrol’s Ski Dimension Serfaus and Fiss-Ladis (15 min.)
Experience exhilaration at the lofty height of up to 2,828 metres in a top-class extensive ski area: the Tyrol Skidimension Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area inspires skiers in many ways: 67 lifts, including 39 funiculars and chair lifts, and 28 conveyor belts, transport skiing fans to the top of the slopes. 190 perfectly prepared pistes are just waiting to be discovered. There is plenty to suit all levels of difficulty. 7 fun parks provide boundless snowboarding and freestyle fun. Night skiing and 10 km of toboggan routes are also part of the incredible offer provided by this first-class ski area. And best of all: perfect skiing, just 15 minutes from our Hotel Post in Prutz.
Venet "Genuss" ski area (20 min.)
The Venet "Genuss" ski area is charming and manageable in size. At an elevation of 780 - 2,212 m, 22 perfectly groomed downhill runs extend over a snowy surface area of 27 hectares. 7 lifts transport snow fans to the top of the slopes. Venet is particularly popular among ski tourers: 360° panoramic views make an incredible impression and show off the Ötztal and Lechtal Alps, as well as the Zugspitze, in their full splendour. Freestyle fans can also look forward to an adventure fun park.
Nauders ski area (54 min.)
The Nauders ski area, which combines the Nauders and Bergkastel ski areas, offers 70 perfectly groomed pistes for a variety of ski and snowboarding fun. 14 state-of-the-art gondolas and lifts, an adrenaline-laden fun park with halfpipe, as well as exciting powder/freeride terrain and the longest toboggan run in Tyrol, lend this special ski resort its unique character.
Samnaun-Ischgl ski area (40 min., not included in SKI-6-Pass)
Welcome to the largest ski area in the Eastern Alps, at the same time a duty-free Mecca for shopping fans: Samnaun. The Samnaun-Ischgl ski area offers skiing enjoyment over 238 km of slopes, with 44 state-of-the-art gondolas and lifts, 1100 snow machines, and several nerve-tingling fun parks ensuring that this is an Eldorado for all winter sports fans from the end of November to the beginning of May - and at the same time, a unique shopping experience. Duty-free lifestyle and exclusive winter fashion await all shopping-mad skiers.
Kaunertal glacier (45 min.)
From October to June, snow is guaranteed on Tyrol's youngest glacier, the Kaunertal glacier. At altitudes of 2,150 and 3,160 metres, 54 superbly groomed slopes, 8 lifts and a magic carpet invite you to enjoy an incomparable skiing experience. While pros and advanced skiers can perfect their turns on the downhill pistes, or hit the powder on wide, natural snowy slopes, beginners and kids can improve their abilities on the spacious practice grounds. This is complemented by a fun park with an exclusive super halfpipe, while trampolines and an adventure playground offer plenty of action away from the slopes. The whole world of the Kaunertal glacier can be reached by car, more convenient impossible. There is parking right next to the pistes.
